No. You cannot hold someone accountable for the actions of others. It doesn't matter if they "accept a hateful environment" or "encourage violence." President Trump did not call for the shooting nor did he encourage anti-semitism in any way. In fact, his daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren are Jewish. He condemned Robert Bowers far more than Obama or anyone else for that matter. In short, Trump had absolutely nothing to do with the Pittsburgh shooting, just as George W. Bush was not responsible for 9/11. Terrorist attacks will always happen, and it's a terrible thing to blame the president at the time for them. Robert Bowers (the shooter) even tweeted about how much he hated Trump before the shooting. The people claiming that he was a republican are lying and making up stories. He was a liberal democrat. Now, say it with me: TRUMP WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PITTSBURGH SHOOTING!

WELCOME TO BAGELS AND MATZO
A blog for Jewish people just like you.
As the Lubavitcher Rebbe once said, “To be kind is more important than to be right. Many times, what people need is not a brilliant mind that speaks but a special heart that listens”; I am here to do just that. Bagels and Matzo serves as a vessel to project my passion for Judaism, and clue in my loyal readers as to how to get to know and understand their Judaism and their connection with HaShem. You may contact me if you want the authority to write an article!
